Loukas Kozonis' practice focuses on business transactions, real estate finance, venture formation, acquisitions and dispositions, and development. He regularly advises on the closing of construction, permanent, and mezzanine loans; the negotiation of a wide variety of real estate-related contracts; the acquisition and sale of properties for development; and the structuring of leases for office, industrial, and retail properties. Loukas also serves on the Board of Directors of Parkway Bancorp, Inc., where he chairs its Compensation Committee and serves on its Audit Committee. Loukas attended the Georgetown University Law Center where he was an Executive Editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law and a Policy Analyst at the Harrison Institute for Public Law. He is a member of the Hellenic American Leadership Council, the Urban Land Institute, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
